A fantastic opportunity has arisen from North Lancs PCT to fund physical activity programmes across the Lancaster District which aims to engage with a large number of people, in which the vast majority (70%) must come from deprived areas across the district.
 
Programmes can be one off events that engage deprived communities or a series of sessions over a sustained period. Activities can be open to all age groups. There is no deadline for submission of an application as such, but an urge for project delivery to start fairly soon.
