Summary

The SCL Dance Development Team offer classes in a wide variety genres across Salford. These include Street Dance, After School Clubs, BTEC Dance, Dance Leaders Award, TOP’s Training, Mature Movers, Boy Bots, Dance-ability classes and Pre-School classes. Our IDTA registered SCL School of Dance which operates out of Guild Hall Community Centre in Walkden also offers Ballet, Tap & Freestyle for ages 2 ½ - 16 years. All our teachers are highly qualified, CRB checked and first aid trained. All of our participants are given the opportunity to take part in IDTA examinations. Our dance school, boy bots and show group participants are also offered the opportunity take part in national competitions and local and regional showcases while taking a full range of dance qualifications. Our teachers have various credits to their name including performances and accolades in their own dance genre. They are now training award winning national competitions in their own specialised area. Their work has taken them across the world from America to Pakistan. We have produced shows at prestigious venues across the northwest and have a vast wealth of knowledge of dance development. We value our selves on offering high quality dance classes that are affordable and accessible to all.
